Each of our group programs are aimed at different age-groups and OT goals. All programs are designed to promote learning and connection between children in a safe and supported way.

Ages 5-8
Designed for children of primary-school age, these sessions encourage development of a range of skills as your young person works with others to create a delicious snack or meal! This holidays we are offering a group for early-primary children to practise daily living and executive functioning skills.
This program includes:
1 x 2-hour session based on the recipe offered
All materials and ingredients
OT summary report
Support from an OT and Therapy Assistant
Cooking Club OT Goals:
Build daily living skills
Develop fine motor skills
Practise time management
Follow visual/verbal instructions
Collaborate with one another
Have fun!

Cost: $350 per child
This program is limited to 4 participants.
TIME: 2pm - 4pm
AGES 9-12
Introducing our Day Program - a full day for children aged 9-12 of all neurotypes to connect through a combination of our Cooking Club and Stretchy Science programs.
Children will come together throughout the program to build and practise regulation and social skills, develop collaboration and problem-solving, and build on fine motor skill while preparing their lunch in the morning, and then exploring their curiosity in the afternoon while doing fun science experiments.
This holidays, we are offering the following options for our day program:
Full-day: children attend from 10:30am - 3pm. Children will prepare their lunch during the morning, enjoy lunch with their peers and OTs, and then move onto our science program in the afternoon.
Half-program:
Morning session: children attend from 10:30am and stay until end of lunch (1pm). Children will be involved in preparing their lunch, and then participating in social skills building during lunchtime.
Afternoon session: children join for lunch at 12:30pm (BYO lunch) to participate in social skills building, and then participate in the afternoon portion of the program.

AGES 4-6
Our new sensory-exploration program, Let’s Connect: Hands on Heroes, is designed for children in Kinder, Prep and Grade 1 of all neurotypes to connect with other, and explore different sensory experiences. Hands on Heroes is designed to provide a supportive space for children to learn about their personal preferences across social, sensory and other areas, and to build and practise self-advocacy and social interaction skills. Children will be encouraged to explore various sensory experiences to promote proactive self-regulation and creative expression, while also having fun!
This program includes:
1 x 2-hour session

Hands on Heroes OT Goals:
Explore sensory preferences
Build and practise social interaction skills
Practise self-regulation and creative expression
Follow visual/verbal instructions
Interact with children of all neurotypes
