Each of our group programs are aimed at different age-groups and OT goals. All programs are designed to promote learning and connection between children in a safe and supported way.

AGES 8-13

Our new Animal Assisted Therapy program, Let’s Paws: Boundaries with Beanie, is designed for children ages 8-13 to explore their personal boundaries with the assistance of a therapy animal. Boundaries with Beanie is designed to provide a supportive space for children to learn about their personal boundaries, and to build and practise self-advocacy and social interaction skills. Children will be encouraged to explore their boundaries across different settings and how to protect them, while also having fun!

This program includes:

  • 1 x 2-hour session

  • All materials

  • OT summary report

  • Support from a minimum of 2 OTs

Boundaries with Beanie OT Goals:

  • Interact and maintain respectful relationships with a therapy animal

  • Explore personal boundaries

  • Understand self-advocacy

  • Interact with children of all neurotypes

  • Build skills to understand self

  • Have fun!

Cost: $350 per child

from 10am - 12pm

AGES 4-6

Let’s Connect: Hands on Heroes, is designed for children in Kinder, Prep and Grade 1 of all neurotypes to connect with other, and explore different sensory experiences. Hands on Heroes is designed to provide a supportive space for children to learn about their personal preferences across social, sensory and other areas, and to build and practise self-advocacy and social interaction skills. Children will be encouraged to explore various sensory experiences to promote proactive self-regulation and creative expression, while also having fun!

This program includes:

  • 1 x 2-hour session

  • All materials

  • OT summary report

  • Support from a minimum of 2 OTs

Hands on Heroes OT Goals:

  • Explore sensory preferences

  • Build and practise social interaction skills

  • Practise self-regulation and creative expression

  • Follow visual/verbal instructions

  • Interact with children of all neurotypes

  • Have fun!

Cost: $350 per child

from 9:30am - 11:30am

Ages 5-8

Designed for children of primary-school age, these sessions encourage development of a range of skills as your young person works with others to create a delicious snack or meal! This coming holidays we have two groups: a group designed for ages 5-8 (Prep - Grade 3 in 2025) and one designed for ages 9-12 (Grades 9-12 in 2025) to practise different daily living and executive functioning skills.

This program includes:

  • 1 x 2-hour session based on the recipe offered

  • All materials and ingredients

  • OT summary report

  • Support from a minimum of 2 OTs

Cooking Club OT Goals:

  • Build daily living skills

  • Develop fine motor skills

  • Practise time management

  • Follow visual/verbal instructions

  • Collaborate with one another

  • Have fun!
